Before you book
Do I need to prepare the machine?+
Fold or remove protruding attachments, chain access panels, note fluid leaks, and leave about a quarter tank of fuel. We send a preparation checklist after registration.
Who loads the equipment?+
If the machine runs, drivers typically drive it on. For dead machines or loads needing a crane or forklift, we confirm the loading plan on both ends before dispatch.
What counts as oversized?+
Generally anything beyond 8.5 ft wide, 13.5 ft tall on the trailer, or common length and weight limits. Those loads need state permits — which is planning, not a problem.
How is pricing calculated?+
Distance, dimensions, weight, trailer type, and permits. Register the transaction with exact specs and you receive a written quote before anything is dispatched.
