1. Agreement and company identity
These Terms govern use of this website and requests submitted to TRUCKING LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”). The Company is a motor carrier providing or coordinating transportation under its applicable authority. Legal name: TRUCKING LLC; public name: ITL TRUCKING LLC; address: 601 Labrador Blvd #3, Garden City, KS 67846; USDOT: 4200410; authority identifier: 1620378. The shipment-specific service order, bill of lading, tariff, rate confirmation, invoice, and written amendments control if they conflict with these website Terms.
2. Transaction registration—not escrow or purchase processing
The Start Transaction form creates an operational intake and tracking record. It does not transfer ownership, verify title, authenticate a seller, inspect merchandise, guarantee a purchase, hold purchase funds in escrow, or create a payment account. Do not send purchase money through this website. Transportation begins only after required review and written acceptance.
3. Accuracy and authority to submit
You represent that submitted information is accurate, current, and lawfully provided; that you are authorized to provide information concerning the buyer, seller, merchandise, pickup, and delivery; and that you will promptly correct material errors. We may request identification, ownership, dimensions, weight, condition, title, release, or other supporting documents.
4. Quotes, invoices, and payment
Website content and intake confirmations are not binding price quotes. Charges depend on route, equipment, dimensions, operability, access, timing, fuel, permits, carrier availability, insurance requirements, storage, redelivery, and other shipment facts. Payment obligations and methods appear in the written invoice or service order. We do not accept purchase funds for the underlying merchandise through transaction registration.
5. Cancellation, deposits, and refunds
Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before carrier dispatch. Charges already incurred remain payable. Deposit: Any deposit requirement will be shown on the written service order before acceptance. Refunds: Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method after reconciliation of services and third-party charges. Shipment-specific documents may state different terms and will control. Where household-goods broker rules apply, required cancellation, deposit, and refund disclosures will also appear in the applicable agreement.
6. Pickup, delivery, and inspection
The customer must provide lawful, safe access; accurate contacts; required keys, releases, and documents; and a person authorized to inspect and sign at pickup and delivery. Record visible condition and exceptions on the bill of lading or delivery receipt before signing when reasonably possible. Additional charges may apply for delays, storage, reattempts, inaccessible sites, or inaccurate information.
7. Prohibited and restricted property
Do not tender unlawful, stolen, hazardous, explosive, perishable, contraband, live, or undisclosed restricted property. Personal property inside a vehicle or equipment may be prohibited or limited by the applicable carrier, insurer, or law. The Company may refuse, suspend, or terminate service for safety, legal, insurance, or operational reasons.
8. Routes, estimates, delays, and force majeure
Pickup and delivery dates, windows, route displays, coordinates, progress percentages, and ETAs are estimates unless a written agreement expressly guarantees them. Weather, traffic, road closures, inspection, mechanical issues, government action, carrier availability, labor disruption, natural events, and other conditions beyond reasonable control can change the route or timing.
9. Broker and carrier disclosures
When acting as a broker, the Company arranges transportation by authorized motor carriers and does not itself transport the shipment in that capacity. The selected motor carrier is responsible for transportation under its bill of lading and applicable law. When acting as a carrier, the shipment documents identify the carrier service. Customers may verify authority through FMCSA SAFER and Licensing & Insurance resources.
10. Claims, cargo loss, and liability
Immediately report loss or damage to sales@itl-trucking-llc.com and preserve the property, packaging, photos, inspection records, bill of lading, delivery receipt, invoice, and other evidence. Claim deadlines, liability limits, exclusions, released values, and procedures may arise from the bill of lading, tariff, service order, insurance, 49 U.S.C. § 14706, and other applicable law. Nothing on this website expands liability beyond controlling documents or non-waivable law.
11. Electronic communications
You consent to transaction, invoice, tracking, security, and service communications at the email address or phone number supplied. Keep contact information current. Transactional messages are part of the requested service; marketing messages, if any, are managed separately where required.
12. Website security and acceptable use
Do not probe, scrape at abusive rates, bypass access controls, misuse tracking numbers, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, interfere with service, or use the website unlawfully. We may rate-limit, block, investigate, preserve evidence, or report suspected misuse.
13. Disclaimers
Except as stated in a signed written agreement or required by law, the website, maps, route displays, availability, and informational content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted access, exact map geometry, seller legitimacy, title, purchase quality, or a particular carrier assignment.
14. Governing law and disputes
Except where federal transportation law, another mandatory law, or a controlling shipment document applies, these Terms are governed by the laws of Kansas, without regard to conflicts principles. Venue and dispute procedures remain subject to the shipment-specific written agreement and non-waivable law.
15. Changes, severability, and contact
We may update these Terms prospectively and will post the effective date. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent allowed. Questions: sales@itl-trucking-llc.com; legal notices by mail: TRUCKING LLC, 601 Labrador Blvd #3, Garden City, KS 67846.
