Starting this spring, every customer who registers a transaction with us receives a private tracking link by email. The page shows the live route on a map, the current milestone, the estimated delivery window, and every public update our operations team publishes.

We built this because the most common question in transport has always been the simplest one: where is my shipment right now? Instead of calling and waiting for a callback, you open the link and see the same picture our coordinators see.

Nothing about the process changed on your side. Register the transaction, receive the confirmation email, and follow the road from pickup to delivery in real time.

The tracking page was designed around three questions customers actually ask: where is it, when does it arrive, and what happened since I last looked. The map answers the first, the delivery window answers the second, and the milestone timeline answers the third, in order, without a login or an app install.

Behind the scenes, every update you see is published by a coordinator who is responsible for your shipment by name. We deliberately did not automate the words: a human writes what happened, because a human will answer the phone if you call about it.

Privacy was part of the design from day one. The tracking number is private to you and the parties on the transaction, the page never displays your full address, and the link cannot be guessed from a sequence.

If you have a shipment with us right now, the link is already in your confirmation email. Open it once and you will understand why we spent a year building it: transport feels different when you can see it.
