A large part of the vehicle and equipment market in the United States works in two languages, and a transport partner should too. This year we completed the last step: the entire customer journey, from the first page you read to the confirmation and status emails you receive, is available in English and Spanish.

The language you choose on the website follows your transaction. If you register in Spanish, your tracking page and your emails arrive in Spanish, written by people who speak it, not by a machine.

It is a small detail with a big effect: fewer misunderstandings, faster decisions, and a customer who always knows exactly what happens next.

The change goes deeper than translated menus. Our confirmation emails, tracking milestones, invoice communication, and phone support all follow the language you chose at registration, so a family coordinating a purchase never has to translate for each other in the middle of a deal.

We also learned that word-for-word translation is not the goal. A pickup window, a lien release, a bill of lading: these have precise meanings, and our Spanish materials were reviewed by people who work in transport, not just people who speak the language.

For dealers and brokers who serve Spanish-speaking buyers, this removes a real point of friction. You can hand our tracking link to any customer and know the page will meet them in their language.

Language should never be the reason a shipment goes wrong. As of this year, with us, it cannot be.
